Paraf Yapı Cooperative is being established within Bayındır Memur-Sen, which is affiliated with Memur-Sen. Paraf Yapı Cooperative is purchasing the land located in Aydın Province, Kuşadası District, Türkmen District, Island 317, parcel 347, from TOKİ, through a tender at the beginning of 2023, for a price of 1 billion 890 thousand TL. An announcement is made to the members of Memur-Sen and those who meet the conditions are enabled to become members of Paraf Construction Cooperative. After 900 people have been registered as members of the Kuşadası Marin Panorama Mansions Project, memberships to this project are being closed. Then, the land purchased from TOKİ is given to EVİZ İnşaat company in exchange for a flat. EVİZ Construction Company will give 2+1 sea view flats to 900 lucky members of the cooperative within the scope of the project. The flats that the contractor company will deliver to the cooperative will have exactly the same architecture (except m2 and number of rooms), materials, products and manufacturing as their own flats. and will provide quality workmanship. In other words, EVİZ İnşaat, in addition to the 900 flats it will provide to Paraf Yapı Cooperative members in exchange for an additional payment in return for the land, will also make exactly the same flats as the ones it will give to Paraf Yapı Cooperative members on the land and offer them for sale on a build-sell basis.

The contractor company offers build-sell flats, which will be built exactly the same on the same land, at prices between 7.2 million and 8.5 million TL, depending on the facade and floor status of the building. You need to be a real estate agent to estimate how much the prices per flat will be when the construction is completed. Especially, the fact that the project received the first prize as Horizontal Architectural Project of the Year will increase the price of the flats.
